Welcome to the Alt Delta Datalytics Community!

Our Community members (‘Community Members’) play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and currency of Alt Delta Datalytics’ database by sharing the contact details of their professional networks in exchange for extra credits (‘Credits’) or access to advanced features (‘Benefits’). Please carefully review the following Community terms and conditions of use (‘Terms’) before becoming a member of the Alt Delta Datalytics Community.

Community Terms of Use

These Terms pertain to the engagement between Alt Delta Datalytics Systems Inc. and its affiliates, including subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures, and other corporate entities under common ownership (‘Alt Delta Datalytics,’ ‘Us,’ or ‘We’), and you, the Community Member.

These Terms are an integral part of the general Alt Delta Datalytics Terms of Service (‘General Terms’), and all relevant provisions of the General Terms apply in relation to the Alt Delta Datalytics Community with appropriate modifications. Such provisions encompass, but are not limited to, clauses pertaining to changes to the Terms, intellectual property rights, customer responsibilities, warranties, indemnification, disclaimers of warranties, limitation of liability, governing law, and arbitration. Terms not defined in these Terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the General Terms. In the event of a conflict between the General Terms and these Terms, the provisions of these Terms shall take precedence.

1. The Community and the Service

The Community and the Service – joining, access, benefits, cancellation The Services are not extended to individual users. You hereby confirm and warrant that you possess the requisite rights, permissions, and necessary authorizations to join the Alt Delta Datalytics Community. By becoming a Community Member, you represent the legal entity on whose behalf you are subscribing herewith. If you lack such authority or authorization, or have any reason to believe that you are not authorized to join the Alt Delta Datalytics Community, kindly abstain from joining or promptly cancel your participation.

In the event of your decision to join the Alt Delta Datalytics Community, you expressly grant authorization and request Alt Delta Datalytics’ Services to access, via your (a) email account (Outlook or G-Suite) permissions, your contacts in your email database, encompassing their names, email addresses, job titles, company names, and phone numbers present in their email headers and signatures, and via your (b) calendar permissions, your meeting titles, and lists of attendees, encompassing their email addresses, and if linked (c) to your CRM account permissions, your contacts, encompassing their names, email addresses, job titles, company names, and phone numbers. Access will be granted to all contacts in the email database, without the option to ‘remove’ specific contacts. Please be aware that these contacts may contact Alt Delta Datalytics directly to request their removal from the Database.

Alt Delta Datalytics will utilize relevant portions of this information to enrich its Database and contribute to the expansion of the Alt Delta Datalytics Community. Alt Delta Datalytics may reproduce, distribute, publish, or display the collected information or any part thereof, and may sell, transfer, disclose, or make the information or any part thereof available to third parties, including Alt Delta Datalytics’ customers.

You acknowledge and agree that after becoming a member of the Alt Delta Datalytics Community, the Services will automatically access and collect information that may be stored in your email account, both locally and/or on a remote server.

Please note that Alt Delta Datalytics will not scrutinize the content of your email correspondence, and solely the information described above will be acquired.

Upon initial connection and each subsequent month, Alt Delta Datalytics will conduct a validity check on your email account and any other integrations linked with Alt Delta Datalytics. Alt Delta Datalytics reserves the right to remove you as a Community Member at its sole discretion, without providing any explanation or compensation.

2. Operating in accordance with Alt Delta Datalytics

Operating in accordance with Alt Delta Datalytics’ Code of Conduct (the ‘Code’) In exchange for joining the Alt Delta Datalytics Community and granting access to the aforementioned information, you will be entitled to Benefits in your use of the Services. The specific Benefits will be presented to you in a separate offer from Alt Delta Datalytics. Benefits may encompass Credits or additional features, at Alt Delta Datalytics’ exclusive discretion. Alt Delta Datalytics reserves the right to replace or modify the Benefits at any time. If you find yourself dissatisfied with any changes in the Benefits, you have the option to opt out of the Alt Delta Datalytics Community at any time.

Upon registering as a Community Member, you will receive a certain quantity of Credits as a one-time bonus. Subsequently, as a Community Member, you will receive additional Credits on a monthly basis until you are no longer a Community Member. These credits are non-transferrable and the specific credit amounts will be outlined in the offer provided prior to signup.

Any unused Credits in a given month will not carry over to the following month.

3. Cancellation

Cancellation You have the liberty to cancel your participation in the Alt Delta Datalytics Community at any time within your account settings.

Upon canceling your participation in the Alt Delta Datalytics Community:

Any Benefits received in exchange for your participation will not be renewed, effective immediately on the date of cancellation.

However, you will still retain the ability to utilize the Benefits that were issued to you up to the date of cancellation.

You will no longer enjoy free access to the Alt Delta Datalytics Community. If you opt out or upgrade to a paid package, your shared data from the day you leave the Community Program will not be sold. Nevertheless, please note that information accessed by Alt Delta Datalytics prior to your cancellation will not be deleted from the Alt Delta Datalytics Database, and data from your connected accounts may be employed for research purposes.

4. Operating in accordance with Alt Delta Datalytics

Operating in accordance with Alt Delta Datalytics’ Code Our Code directs the manner in which we collect, verify, and protect data. It serves as the guiding principle, ensuring that all data processing is conducted in a transparent, responsible, and ethically sound manner that serves the public good.

Our global Alt Delta Datalytics Community was established to enable Alt Delta Datalytics to become the simplest, most collaborative, and most accurate data enrichment service, thanks to the contribution of business contact details from our Community Members.

By joining the Alt Delta Datalytics Community, you agree and commit to operating in alignment with, and upholding, promoting, and respecting the principles outlined in the Code. Failure to adhere to the Code may result in the immediate cancellation of your participation in the Alt Delta Datalytics Community. The success of Alt Delta Datalytics’ Community hinges on both professional and ethical integrity. We firmly believe that Alt Delta Datalytics’ Community of B2B professionals should set an example of the highest standards of moral conduct by abiding by the Code.

Every Community Member should encourage and wholeheartedly support the adherence of all B2B professionals to the Code. Any Community Members who identify a breach of the Code should promptly report such a violation to Alt Delta Datalytics. Failure to do so may lead to possible cancellation or suspension of the membership of the concerned Community Member, along with other appropriate actions, as warranted.

5. Our Ethical Principles Collaboration

Our Ethical Principles Collaboration: The Alt Delta Datalytics Community promotes the sharing of accurate and up-to-date B2B contact information. Alt Delta Datalytics takes measures to remove public emails (such as Gmail and Yahoo accounts) and update any outdated or inaccurate information. In line with our collaborative ethos, Community Members are expected to do the same by reporting any erroneous information encountered in Alt Delta Datalytics’ database.

Avoid All Harm:

Alt Delta Datalytics’ Community adheres to a stringent ‘no harm’ policy. This means we do not share any information that could potentially harm others. For instance, Alt Delta Datalytics will make every effort to remove phone numbers of government officials, politicians, or individuals who may be targeted by security agencies or terrorist groups—and we expect our Community Members to follow suit.

Honor Confidentiality:

Unless compelled by law, Alt Delta Datalytics will not divulge the source of its professional contact information. Our Community Members are also expected not to disclose the details of professionals who are in ‘stealth mode’ or wish to remain private.

6. Professional Responsibilities Professionalism

Professional Responsibilities Professionalism: We are dedicated to staying current with relevant laws and regulations governing the proper use of information provided to our users, including the proper conduct of sending mass unsolicited emails (SPAM) or making mass unsolicited phone calls in any jurisdiction where our users operate.

Respect Privacy:

The information provided will not be employed in any way that violates individual rights. We do not collect unnecessary business contact details and do not retain them for longer than necessary.

Fairness:

Alt Delta Datalytics and its Community Members are expected to comply with any data subject requests, including requests to cease using or processing information or to delete business information.
